We are happy to issue a full refund or to exchange the product(s) under the following conditions. Each item can be exchanged only once.

Once the damaged or expired product is received at our facility and fully examined by us, as per your request, we will either send you the new product in exchange or your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. The time period for the refund amount to be credited in your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank.
Please note that we cannot accept any exchange or return of any opened or used products once sold and delivered. We are not responsible for any damage caused post-delivery.
